Taking the brief, I decided to look at the High Speed Rail context and developed a mood board based around trains. The direction of the project moved from high speed rail to a more nostalgic interpretation and the images that you can see in the mood board reflect a product that is referencing old steam engines, old manufacturing techniques (hand beaten metal) and an old aesthetic.
